Adrian McPherson
Co-Founder | Athlete Strategy & Performance Insight

Adrian is one of Florida's most decorated high school athletes in history. A Bradenton native and Southeast High School standout, he remains the only athlete ever named Florida's Mr. Football and Mr. Basketball in the same year. A nationally ranked dual-threat quarterback, he competed at Florida State University before advancing to the professional ranks with the New Orleans Saints, later building a respected career in professional arena football and Canadian League. Having experienced recruitment, media scrutiny, and professional contracts firsthand, Adrian brings lived insight to athlete representation. At Nexis, he guides athletes through disciplined opportunity selection and strategic growth.

Reggie Davis
Co-Founder | Strategic Architecture

Reggie is a Bradenton, Florida native, former All-American safety, and member of the 1996 National Championship team at the University of Florida. A standout at Southeast High School, he emerged as one of the top-ranked safeties in the country, earning national recognition for discipline, range, and leadership. Competing in the SEC during one of college football's most competitive eras, he contributed to a championship defense built on preparation and execution. With more than two decades of leadership within Sarasota County's educational system, Reggie brings long-range planning and disciplined strategy into the NIL advisory space. At Nexis, he architects athlete development frameworks rooted in clarity and protection.

Magda Etienne

Magda serves as the primary bridge between Nexis and the athletes we represent. With a deep passion for athlete wellness and development, she manages day-to-day relationships, ensures every athlete feels supported, and connects them with the resources they need to thrive on and off the field. She takes pride in building trust with each athlete, making sure their voices are heard and their needs are met. Magda helps coordinate communication, support systems, and opportunities that allow athletes to focus on performance while confidently navigating their personal and professional growth.

Alexdrena V. Green brings more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership, program development, and community engagement experience to her role as Community Relations Lead for Nexis Advisory Group. With a career dedicated to youth development and organizational excellence, Alexdrena has built a reputation for strengthening trust, enhancing communication, and creating collaborative pathways between organizations, families, and communities. In her role at Nexis Advisory Group, she works to expand community understanding, strengthen family engagement, and reinforce Nexis’ position as The Source of Truth in a rapidly evolving NIL landscape.

Andres drives the visual identity and storytelling behind the Nexis brand. From content creation and social media strategy to athlete media packages and campaign production, he crafts compelling narratives that amplify athlete stories and elevate the Nexis name across every platform.
